The Warragul & District Garden Club has begun a project as part of its keeness to reach out to those people that are unable to attend our regular Garden Club meetings. In particular we are hoping to assist members of a younger generation who wish
to become involved in gardening for a number of reasons. More and more people are interested in growing their own vegetablesbut research has shown that gardening can play a major role in mental health, helping to overcome stress and depression.
have established a demonstration bed at the Community Garden which will be used as part of sessions to assist newcomers. These sessions will take place at the Garden at 6.30pm on February 1st, 15th & March 1st. Admission is free.
